Product Overview

The Thermal Gas Flow Meter with Flow Conditioner delivers direct mass flow accuracy for clean gases when straight‑run is limited. An integrated flow‑conditioning element mitigates swirl and distorted profiles from elbows, tees, and valves, often reducing straight‑run to 3–5D upstream. The thermal sensor excels at low‑flow sensitivity, wide turndown (up to 100:1), and stable measurements without P/T compensation. Typical accuracy is ±1–2% of reading with ±0.2% repeatability. Options include pressure/temperature inputs for standard‑volume outputs, totalization, alarms, and digital communications (HART®, Modbus, Profibus, EtherNet/IP). Ideal for retrofit lines, skids, and space‑constrained plants, with minimal maintenance and robust diagnostics.
