Product Overview
Liquid Flow Switches monitor minimum flow conditions to safeguard equipment and ensure process continuity. Using paddle, thermal, or differential-pressure sensing, they detect flow/no-flow and trigger alarms or interlocks when rates fall below setpoints. Suitable for DN15–DN300 pipelines (larger via insertion), they accommodate pressures up to PN40 and temperatures to +150°C. Adjustable setpoints and robust wetted materials (stainless steel, brass, engineered plastics) fit diverse liquids including water, glycol, oils, and chemicals. Outputs include relay, transistor, and optional analog/digital signals for PLC integration. Ideal for pump protection, cooling circuits, and utility lines, they deliver simple installation, high reliability, and low maintenance.
